Diagnóstico Individual

Cada integrante de la empresa será evaluado por nuestro equipo de profesores académicos expertos. Esta etapa permite identificar fortalezas, áreas de mejora y necesidades específicas de aprendizaje.

Segmentación Estratégica

Con base en los resultados del diagnóstico, se realizará una segmentación por cargos dentro de la organización y nivel de ingles, para luego crear grupos asegurando que cada grupos reciba una formación alineada.

Diseño de un Plan de Estudio Personalizado

Nuestro equipo académico elaborará un plan de estudio a medida, enfocado en los objetivos y necesidades específicas de su industria. Este plan integra los conocimientos técnicos y habilidades prácticas requeridas para el éxito del equipo.

Implementación Mensual del Plan

La formación será impartida por profesores Nativos de manera estructurada mes a mes, asegurando un avance progresivo, medible y sostenible. Se realizarán evaluaciones periódicas para garantizar que los objetivos se cumplan y ajustar el contenido según sea necesario.
